STABMASTER VINYL, aka Geraint Ffrancon, has long been confusing and delighting critics with his homegrown electronic releases. These have ranged all the way from interpretations of Welsh folk to sample-splitting breakcore of the kind that saw him supporting Venetian Snares in 2005 and the Wrong Music folks in March 2006.

Ffrancon was given a big thumbs up by The Wire for his Estron release, and voted into Radio 1's Festive 50 with 'Masho Fe Lan Star', Geraint also runs High Quality Recordings, which has put out releases by the likes of Estron, Ap Duw, Blodyn Tatws, and others. He was also behind the excellent Trosi fanzine, which helped put the burgeoning Welsh electronic scene on the map.
